The 3-Step Funnel that will Help You Sell More of Your Product by Talia Wolf (webinar review)

Use a pre-made 3-step funnel to sell more of your product.

Talia Wolf,Conversion Optimization Specialist at GetUplift, explains how a landing page is

constructed, types of emails sent in the sequences and a high converting sales page.

Funnel starts with a landing page

Talia describes landing page from start to finish.

At the top of a landing page is a hero section.

Hero section gives a solution to a problem and it announces free download as a solution.

Free downloadable file can be in a form of a checklist,e-book,video course, etc.

Bullet points in a hero section are not stating features yet but they are stating solutions.

This means that you are not talking about how many pages your e-book has or

how many chapters or lectures can subscribers expect in a free online course.

You are promising value in a hero section and not a paid product.

Below bullet points is a place for a download button.

Invitation is simple and is written in two sentences maximum.

Subscriber can leave his or hers name and an email address in order to get a free guide.

Highlight their pain and take it away.

As we go further we can see what is inside in a free guide.

Last part of a landing page is a social proof section.

Introduce yourself, fill about you section, establish credibility and add call to action.

Once again show an opt-in form for the email subscribers.

At the bottom of a landing page show logos of the websites and firms that you worked with.

It could be the websites where you provided guest posts or where you were interviewed.

Email sequences

Talia uses 3 different emails in a sequence.

Sometimes she is using about 15 emails in a sequence but not for this webinar.

Emails in a sequence are welcome email,up sell email and countdown email.

They are all sent one by one,day after day.

Email sequence lasts 3 days in a row without taking days off.

If a welcome email is sent on Monday, then up sell email is sent on Tuesday and

countdown email is sent on Wednesday.

Email sequence as a strategy in a funnel.

Start with a personalized email and with a catchy subject line.

Add a link to a free guide in a welcome email.

Now it is time for a second email or up sell email.

Outline what subscriber will learn in a course if it gets purchased.

Put a link to a course page in the end of an up sell email.

Send a countdown email with a limited time offer.

Send it if a subscriber had not purchased your course yet.

Sales page

At the top of a sales page is a hero section.

Next section is a before and after section.

Third section is a course breakdown section.

Final section is about you section with a pricing at the bottom of a sales page.

Sales page as a last step in setting up a funnel.

Hero section in a sales page explains what type of a product is selling.

In before and after section you are met with possible objections but you will diminish them.

Course breakdown outlines chapters, curriculum and it offers a support.

In the end of a sales page is about you section where you are positioning yourself as

an authority and where you are promising 30 days money back guarantee.

There is a pricing info with a call to action.

Your leads are finally ready to be converted into the customers.
